Returns

Review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted.
Items being returned must be in the original condition that it was sent, unworn, with no sign of visible wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, deodorant odor, fragrances, etc. Otherwise the return will be rejected. We kindly ask you to send back your item in the same manner it was sent.
All sale items are final sale.
Any item purchased using a 25% discount code or higher is non-refundable (including all items marked as Final Sale)
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if our requirements are met. We do not accept returns that are past the delivery time frame. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Clothes With Purpose reserves the right to reject any return that is not within the 7 day return window and not in the original condition it was sent.
After you submit your return request, our team will review it and if approved, then you will receive an email with a return shipping label.
Please note shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit.
Once the package has been picked up and released to us by the post office, we will inspect the items and then you will receive an email confirming the store credit. Store credit will never expire!

Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit after your return has been approved via email and after your return is received and approved. Once your store credit has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and store credit amounts.
