Shipping policy
We’re so excited about getting your order to you!
We highly recommend reviewing all order information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Your order is processed immediately after it’s placed during operating hours. If our fulfillment software indicates your order has an incorrect address or shows signs of fraudulent activity, you will receive an email from our support team requesting further information. This may cause delays in order processing.
Shipping
Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders that are placed before 3PM CST qualify for same day shipping. All orders after 3PM CST will be processed the next business day. After your order ships allow 3-5 business for your item to be delivered. (Excluding holidays and weekends.)
If your order has not shipped within the typical time frame, this could mean your order is on hold, and we have sent you an email requesting payment and/or address verification. Check your inbox, as well as your Spam folder, to make sure you have not missed an email from us.
If you experience delays after your package has shipped, please be sure to attempt contacting your local postal office. Once your package has been shipped and marked as delivered to the Courier Address you provided, Clothes With Purpose is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
Any claims placed for packages that are marked as delivered will be redirected to speak with the Courier Service.
Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Clothes With Purpose reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Undeliverable Packages
If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address. If the invoice is not paid within 5 business days, you will receive store credit for your items.
Order Fulfillment
If your order status is unfulfilled we may be able to make adjustments to your shipping address or process a cancelation dependent on the fulfillment stage of your order. Please contact us at shopclotheswithpurpose@gmail.com if your order requires a change.
If your order status is fulfilled then unfortunately we are not able to make any changes as the order has already shipped.
